Soup in Polish

This recipe happened to see on the Polish culinary website called "little Russian borsch". Made and decided to share with you this not quite ordinary recipe but rather the approach to its preparation.
Ingredients for Soup in Polish
- Pork ribs - 500 g
- Chicken thigh - 500 g
- Beans - 300 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Beets - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Water - 3.5 l
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Bay leaf - 3 PCs
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - 3 tbsp.
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup in Polish
Say at once, cook the soup without potatoes, so if you are preparing with it, reduce the weight of beans in 2 times!
Soak beans for 2 hours in a well warm water adding 1/2H. L. drinking soda.
Place into a small saucepan and Bay clean water to cook until tender. The water in which cooked beans keep.
Ribs and chicken cut into large pieces.
Cover with cold water, season with salt to taste and cook 1 hour, add the whole carrots and onion. Cook for approximately 1 hour, given that the chicken is cooked faster.
The meat separated from the bones. Onion remove. Prepared carrots cut into washers.
Beets grate on a coarse grater. Heat in a saucepan the butter and gently stew it with crushed garlic.
Add to garlic, beets, tomato paste and vinegar, simmer 10 minutes stirring constantly.
The broth, pour beans and broth, as much as it boiled off. Add the beans and carrots, meat and last of stewed beets.
Mix well, add Bay leaf and pepper, try and if necessary salt.
Bring to a boil and remove the heat to the minimum, to beet has not lost its color the soup should not boil. Cook for 10 minutes, add the parsley and remove from heat. Give the soup to stand for at least 1 hour.
To remove the garlic.
The soup turned noble - with a rich broth of meat and poultry, dense and very aromatic.
