We love lentils, especially here in such a mess. Very hearty and very tasty. Plus, very useful.
Ingredients for Lentils with meat and greens
- Lentils - 1 Cup.
- Water - 5 Stak.
- Meat - 100-150 g
- Spinach - 20 g
- Dill - 2 tbsp
- Parsley - 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Salt
- Spices
Step by step instruction of cooking Lentils with meat and greens

Lentils got a brown one that requires soaking.
So I soaked for 1 hour in water. 1 Cup lentils - 3 cups water.
The water is then drained.

Mix well.

Pour 2 cups of cold water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Then add salt and spices to taste, and cook another 10 - 20 minutes, but so that there is liquid, it we need.
