Step by step instruction of cooking Fish soup Mediterranean motifs
For the soup I took the rice Italica TM MISTRAL.
Remove fish with a slotted spoon to a bowl of broth. I left the carrots cooked. It is useful to us in soup. Strain the broth and again put on the fire. Bring to a boil and put the rice. Cook the rice until tender.
