- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Celery root - 150 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Couscous - 4 tbsp
- Thyme - 1 depot.
- Paprika sweet - 1/3 tsp
- Chili
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - to taste
- Water - 1.5 l

Roasted vegetables and leek and put in a pan, add 1.5 litres of boiling water. Bring to a boil, add salt to taste, cook for 5 minutes, then season with hot chili pepper. I use previously harvested and dried hot peppers. You can use fresh, roughly chopped, in this case, take half a small pepper, pre-clearing it from grains.

Then add into a saucepan four tablespoons of couscous, give the soup 1 minute to lightly boil, turn off heat and infuse. First, the soup will seem liquid, but when ku-Kus will be steamed, the soup will be thick and rich, if you like more liquid soup, then immediately add 0.5 liters of water.
