A delicious Breakfast during lent. Kind of lazy cakes, pita. This option snacks I managed to feed even the son who is eating the beans. Was eating! He just doesn't know it.
Ingredients for Lobiani in a pita
- Pita - 1 piece
- Beans - 300 g
- Onion - 150 g
- Cilantro - 30 g
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 70 g
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Lobiani in a pita
Beans pre-boil. Just boiled (!) - to avoid lumps - grind the beans with a potato masher or a blender to puree with salt.
Onion half-rings, chop and fry in vegetable oil.
Fresh cilantro finely chopped.
In a bowl, mix bean puree, fried onion and cilantro. Add spices, adjust salt to taste. Mix well.
Pita bread cut in half (we are sold oval). Spread half of the pate. To collapse the envelope.
We get two square cakes size for the pan.
Fry each tortilla on both sides in vegetable oil until Golden color.
