Salad with delicate sweet and sour taste. Very fast cooking. Most importantly: no spices and mayonnaise. Balanced, IBU.

Step by step instruction of cooking Sports salad "Artem"
You need to take Apple, canned corn and fresh crab sticks (somebody has crab meat).
Apples need to peel and core. RUB on a coarse grater or cut into small dice. Grated richness will be higher.
Add about the same with an Apple, by weight, the amount of canned corn.
Crab sticks cut to size of corn. The weight is approximately equal to the Apple.
The salad is ready!
Do not add salt! Not pepper! Not sprinkling sugar on! Do not add mayonnaise, sauces, butter, etc!
The salad is especially recommended for anyone involved in the sport, as it contains protein and a set of slow carbs.
