Fingers (Savoiardi)! Finally, I decided to cook tiramisu. Savoiardi (lady fingers) decided to bake myself. Now I want to offer You my recipe of this biscuit cookies.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Capacity for whipping must be dry. Stir the yolks and add all the powdered sugar.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until creamy. Weight should be bleeeding yellow.
In the yolk mass can enter all of the flour. The dough will be very thick, and fold it will be hard. Proteins vzbit in a cool foam and gradually enter into the dough.
Gradually enter proteins. The dough should not be too liquid, it must be the air, but not liquid, so you do not need all the proteins. (it took me about half of the protein mass)
With the help of confectionery syringe (SAC) squeeze biscuits (10-12 cm) on a baking sheet, the laid parchment paper, greased.
Sprinkle cookies with powdered sugar through a strainer. Wait until the dust a little "drown" and bake it until cooked at 180-200 degrees.
Can be eaten just with tea, or used for making tiramisu.
