To prepare the pate I took a mixture of two types of lentils: lentils "canadian" green major and lentils "Persian" the red stab of MT "Mistral".

Boil lentils according to instructions on package (I cooked the lentils in each separately, as the cooking time for each is different). When the lentils are cooked, drain the water, mix both types of lentils (red and green), add 1 tbsp. of olive oil, stir again and set aside.

Onion and garlic finely chop. In a pan pour the remaining olive oil 3 tablespoons and fry the onion and garlic.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Add the chopped mushrooms to the onions and garlic and fry until Golden brown and evaporation of moisture. At the end of frying salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Mushrooms shift into a container, add the mixture of lentils and spices (you can add other spices of your choice and taste). All mix well.
Grind flax seeds (I grind up with a coffee grinder), add the mushrooms and the lentils and mix well.

Cooked mass grind in a blender.

Take a rectangular baking dish (size 25x11). The form to lay baking paper and put into it the prepared lentil - mushroom stuffing, well leveled.

Bake pie for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
To give the pate to cool.
