The dish is certainly not for everybody. First, not everyone loves tarragon, and secondly, not everyone understands it in with the meat/poultry/fish. I'm just an Amateur, so the result I liked. Tender roasted bird in a fragrant sauce - wonderful! In the original, by the way, you use the fowl, so if you are available to cook with her.
Ingredients for Baked chicken with a sauce of tarragon
- Chicken - 1 piece
- Butter - 70 g
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Broth - 100 ml
- Dry white wine - 70 ml
- Tarragon - 1 Puig.
- Butter - 20 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1 depot.
- Salt - 1 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Baked chicken with a sauce of tarragon

Tarragon finely chopped as fine as possible.

Grind 70 g of butter with half the tarragon, add salt and pepper.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven at 220° for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 170° and bake another 40 minutes, from time to time basting the bird formed in the pan juice.

To make the sauce: melt 20 g of butter, add flour and fry it until Golden brown.

Gradually pour in the vegetable broth, vimosewa sauce with a whisk until smooth.
Keep on heat for 3 minutes, then pour in the wine, continuing to stir sauce with a whisk.
Gradually add the juice from the pan, resulting with poultry (I put only part of it).

Season with salt and pepper, add the remaining tarragon and again mix well.
