Step by step instruction of cooking Cabbage-buckwheat soup with mushrooms
Buckwheat wash. Pour in boiling, lightly salted water. Cook for 10 minutes.
Mushrooms cut into plates. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Cabbage chop and add to soup. Cook for 10 minutes. Some minutes prior to readiness add in soup, mushrooms, save some for serving.
