The dish turns out very juicy, sweet-sharp, with a delicate texture. Fast days can easily be used as a separate dish. Other days it's a great side dish to anything "skoromnogo".
Ingredients for Baked lentils with vegetables
- Lentils - 250 g
- Zucchini - 2 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Peppers red hot chilli - 1/2 PCs
- Rosemary - to taste
- Oat flakes - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Baked lentils with vegetables
