Surely You had to read that before porridge baked in the oven. I too wanted to know what they taste like baked porridge. But the ovens I have, only the oven. And that's what I got! Flavored chocolate cereal with crispy crust!
Ingredients for Porridge oats, chocolate baked
- Oat flakes - 1 Cup.
- Pumpkin - 2 stack.
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Coconut shavings - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Porridge oats, chocolate baked

I started to cook porridge with pumpkin. To wash and purify it from the skin and seeds.
Grate on a coarse grater.
Lemon to wash, dry and grate zest - 1 tbsp. spoon.
Cook the sugar and flour.

Measure out the desired amount of water and boil.
In a bowl mix cereal, sugar, lemon zest and salt (I like porridge a little prikalivaet).
Leave for 3 minutes for the swelling of the flakes.

Now add 1 tablespoon of juice from our lemon.
Stir, add the flour with the baking powder. Mix well.

Add the prepared pumpkin and coconut.

Pour in vegetable oil.
Mix well.

Put into molds, greased.
On top sprinkle a pinch of poppy seeds (this is optional, just out of curiosity - what happens).
Put into the oven heated to 200 degrees.
After 20 minutes, t decreases to 170 degrees
porridge and tormented for another 35 minutes.

Turn off the oven. Give the cereal to Mature.
Take out of oven and out of shape.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with jam.
I sprinkled chocolate chips.
Interesting taste turned out! Inside is soft, homogeneous chocolate-pumpkin porridge, and baked outside crust.
Invigorating chocolate - coconut - lemon flavor!
Left to make coffee or tea.
Wonderful Breakfast turned out. The mess I made in the evening and in the morning heated. The aroma is not lost, but became stronger (the real thing, however).
