Porridge "Oatmeal, sir!"

It's not a mess... it was a TREAT for some! Very tasty, juicy, and cooked in a matter of minutes. The usual boring oatmeal has become a holiday fruit flavors, combining them. Such snacks can prepare any! Treat yourself and loved ones in the days of fasting a wonderful Breakfast!
Ingredients for Porridge "Oatmeal, sir!"
- Oat flakes - 1 tbsp
- Apple - 1 tbsp
- Pumpkin - 1 tbsp
- Kiwi - 1/4 PCs
- Mandarin - 1/2 PCs
- Maple syrup - 1...2 tbsp.
- Water - 20 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

All very easy and simple. Of these products serves one.
My Apple, tangerine, kiwi, pumpkin (though not the fruit).
Now to clean kiwi, pumpkin and Apple.
Apple and pumpkin grate "large scale", a quarter kiwi cut into dice from half the tangerine juice, it is necessary 1 tbsp.
Put all in a bowl with one tablespoon of cereal. I have checked whole grain rolled oats from TM Mistral.
Pour 1 tbsp. of water + 1 tablespoon of tangerine juice, just a ratio of flakes and fluid that the manufacturer recommends. Add 1 tsp vegetable oil (for fullness).
Mix everything carefully and send in the microwave for 3 minutes.
The porridge is ready, spread on a plate and pour maple syrup to taste, I use 2 tbsp.
The taste of the porridge just exotic but fantastic cal!
