When I took it in mind to try to cook pork something similar to the "chicken Kiev". That was such rolls. So it's likely not even a recipe, but just "the idea of cooking"... and therefore the weight of the ingredients are not listed anywhere for sure – you can experiment, add, subtract and change. My son really liked the fact that such rolls can be used without "bothering" with a knife and fork grabbed the bone and chew!
