Ingredients for Chicken rolls with liver and mushrooms
- Chicken fillet - 700 g
- Chicken liver - 120 g
- Mushrooms - 120 g
- Sweet pepper - 0.5 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Bread crumbs
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken rolls with liver and mushrooms
For the filling, in a small amount of vegetable oil fry the chopped onions and mushrooms.
Add the chopped sweet pepper.
Separately fry chicken liver.
To combine the sauteed ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Grind in a blender to mince.
Chicken fillet cut into plates and gently beat through the film.
Cut the plate to the folding rolls slices (I got about 10 cm x 8 cm), season each piece with salt and pepper to taste.
On the edge to put the stuffing.
Collapse rolls of all the resulting pieces.
To prepare the breadcrumbs and whipped egg in a bowl of eggs for breading.
Each roll dipped in egg, then in bread crumbs and quickly fry in hot oil on all sides until Golden brown.
Fold the fried rolls in a baking dish, cover with foil and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
The finished rolls remove from the oven and serve with your favourite side dish!
