- Bulgur - 50 g
- Lentils - 100 g
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Onion - 100 g
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Water - 180 ml
- Corn starch - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Peppers red hot chilli - 0.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Crystal dumplings in Chinese

Prepare the stuffing: finely shinkuem onion, mushrooms cut into cubes. Fry until cooked with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
