With the name of the dish "Dutch schnitzel," you probably have not yet encountered. And not surprisingly, it is, oddly enough, the Czech dish. I take this opportunity to live in the Czech Republic, and today I will show you the original recipe of this delicious schnitzel :) I'm 13 years old. This recipe from our school cafeteria in the Czech Republic
Ingredients for Dutch schnitzel
- Pork - 500 g
- Cheese - 250 g
- Water - 250 ml
- Greens - to taste
- Flour - 50 g
- Bread crumbs - 75 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Milk - 40 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Dutch schnitzel

Prepare all the ingredients.

Minced dilute with water and mix with cheese, grated on a large grater, greens and salt. To taste you can add garlic or other spices.

From the mixture make high pellet.
Шаг 4
Dip them in turn in the flour, eggs with milk and salt and the breadcrumbs.

Fry in a skillet until Golden brown on both sides.

Ready steaks thoroughly dry with paper towels.

Served with potatoes and stewed vegetables/vegetable salad.
