Easter cake "Cappuccino"

This cake I cook for more than 5 years in a row. Don't remember how I got this recipe, if you are the author, I beg his pardon, that did not mention the source. The cake is very tasty, although maybe a traditional cake will be dough rather biscuit, but no less delicious. Children eat with pleasure. Time active cooking, 1 hour. + baking time.
Ingredients for Easter cake "Cappuccino"
- Flour - 375 g
- Leavening agent - 10 g
- Margarine - 300 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Instant coffee - 2 pack.
- Water - 75 ml
- Candied - 30 g
- Glaze - to taste
- Topping pastry - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Easter cake "Cappuccino"
Cooking cake it is responsible, but the better the result
Soften the margarine, mix with sugar.
Add the egg yolks one at a time. Mix well.
Parts add sifted with the baking powder and the flour, mix well.
Add dry coffee cappuccino and 75 ml. of water.
Separately, whip the chilled whites with the salt until a thick foam
Add the whites gently into the batter, stirring in one direction with a spoon (not a mixer) so as not to disturb the structure.
The batter should be quite thick, but it is air-porous, thanks to the whipped proteins
Add the candied fruit (finely chopped zest) and mix.
Put the dough in a tall round form (form of cakes/baking) 2/3, oiled (paper molds for cakes grease is not necessary).

Bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 180’ (or 2 hours at 120-150’).
