Ingredients for Pie with sweet peppers and chicken
- Flour - 250 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Yogurt - 100 g
- Paprika sweet - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Onion - 150 g
- Sweet pepper - 350 g
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Cream - 100 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Cheese - 50 g
- Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Pie with sweet peppers and chicken
Chicken (I cook chicken breast and be sure to add a couple of thighs for juiciness) cut at random. Cut is not very large, but also the granulate is not necessary. Fry in very hot sunflower oil over high heat until it will turn brown stirring constantly. 5 minutes will be enough.
Remove the chicken from the pan and put into it quite coarsely chopped large onion and sweet pepper. Sauté the vegetables on a fairly high heat for five minutes.
Return to the skillet chicken, mix well. Remove from the heat. Season with salt to taste. Cool.
While the filling cools, prepare the dough.
In the yogurt beat the egg (C1), add the cold (but not from the freezer!) butter, wig, and salt. Parts of adding the flour mixed with baking powder, knead the dough. Very carefully knead the dough is not necessary. Well enough to combine the ingredients and collect the dough into a ball.
As the flour is different, and the yogurt found in different density, the amount of flour you need to adjust according to the situation. It may need more or less. (once the whole pour is not worth it)
With a whisk mix the cream, eggs, cheese and nutmeg.
Detachable form for baking (diameter 20 cm) to lay baking paper. Put in the batter and evenly distribute it across the form, forming high sides.
In the form with the dough already spread the cooled stuffing, vegetables and chicken.
Evenly pour cream cheese mixture on top.
Bake pie in preheated to 180° oven for 40-45 minutes until until top of cake is not browned and the stuffing will be dense.
Cool cake for ten minutes.
