Roasted asparagus

Quite simple to prepare and quite tasty dish. Fried asparagus with soy sauce is good as a standalone dish and it can be applied in combination with meat.
Ingredients for Roasted asparagus
- Asparagus - 400 g
- Leek - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Greens
- Allspice - 1 depot.
- Vegetable oil - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Roasted asparagus

White asparagus peel and wash

In skillet, heat small amount of vegetable oil. Asparagus cut into slices thickness of about 0.5-1 cm Fry in a frying pan, stirring, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add chopped leeks and chopped garlic. Cook for a minute or two.

Add to the pan 4 tbsp soy sauce, reduce the heat to very low and leave the lid on for 10 minutes (time depends on thickness of slices may require a little more time)

When serving, sprinkle with pepper and your favorite herbs.
