Ingredients for Gravy pork "the Mushroom basket"
- Pork - 600 g
- Mushrooms - 1 ban.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Adjika - 0,5 tbsp.
- Water - 300 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Gravy pork "the Mushroom basket"
Onion cut into half rings and fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil.
Meat cut into small pieces and add to the onions. Fry on strong fire, then the fire abated.
Put the meat sliced mushrooms and saute 20 minutes. Pepper cut into julienne strips and add to the meat. Mix well.
Add sour cream with mustard and pour cold boiled water. Stir and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
