Step by step instruction of cooking Bulgur with milk

Bring the milk to boil.

Melt the butter and pour the bulgur into it (not rinsing).
Fry the grits on low heat, stirring constantly for 8-12 minutes until almost all of it brighten.
Carefully, in small portions, pour the bulgur in milk ( if sypanut all at once – can pop back). Stir, bring to the boil, add salt, add sugar, cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, leave under the cover to infuse for 10 minutes.
