A delicious, airy cake with dried apricots and raisins.
Ingredients for Cake and cream with dried fruits
- Flour - 350 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Yeast - 5 g
- Brown sugar - 80 g

- Cream - 150 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1.5 tsp.
- Dried apricots - 80 g
- Raisins - 30 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake and cream with dried fruits
