Ingredients for Sardines baked in grape leaves
- Fish - 40 PCs
- Leaf vine - 50 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon - 4 PCs
- Mint - 1/2 Puig.
- Dill - 1/2 Puig.
- Green onions - 3 PCs
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Lemon juice
- Alcohol - 25 ml
- Olive oil - 45 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Sardines baked in grape leaves
Prepare the baking pan: grease with butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper
The grape leaves wash, dry, cut off the stalk. Vystelim the baking sheets, frosted side down.
Tomatoes cut into rings, which vystelim the bottom of the form. Salt, pepper, and sprinkle with sugar.
The next layer is the chopped onion, mint and dill.
Sardines free from guts, cut off the head.
Sardines wrapped in grape leaves, stacking the sheet with the matte side down.
Vystelim a baking sheet wrapped with sardines. Pour the oil, ouzo and lemon juice.
Lemon cut into slices and lay the last finishing layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 160 degrees in the mode of "top-bottom blowing," and then another 5 min at 180 deg.
