- Apricot - 250 g
- Sugar - 500 g
- Pectin - 1/2 the package.
- Biscuit - 200 g
- Butter - 150 g
- Cream cheese - 300 g
- Cream - 150 ml
- Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp
- Juice - 200 ml
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Almonds - 50 g
- Apricot - 4 PCs
- Jelly - 1 Pach.
- Water - 200 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake "Philadelphia" with apricot jam
For a start we will make the jam set the tone for our cake. To do this, we will wash of ripe apricots, remove the pits and cut medium dice. Cover with sugar and let stand for 30 minutes.
