Do not forget to adjust the gingerbread man! The gingerbread man is gentle and absolutely non-sticky. Adjust it with WHEAT flour.

After 1.5 hours, get bucket of HP.

The dough is well risen and very soft to the touch.

We shift the dough in a greased form for baking.
I used a mold for baking cakes. My mold 18-19 cm in diameter, 8-9 cm high.
Leave for 20-30 minutes to rise the dough.

And send in the oven. I baked 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
