Collect lilac flowers – only buds, no green parts. Divide into two parts.
One part pour with boiling water and allow to steep at least 7-10 hours.
Then separate the liquid from the petals.
The remaining flowers lilac mash the sugar, using a blender. Gradually add the infusion of lilac.
Of grapefruit squeeze the juice.
