Summer starts the season of zucchini. Want to offer you a simple recipe of zucchini casserole. It is cooked simply and quickly, products need a minimum. Casserole turns out with a crisp and slightly watery contents inside. I recommend to all fans of squash.

- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Flour - 200 g
- Water - 250 ml
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Cheese - 50 g
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking A simple casserole of zucchini
Mix the flour, salt and ground black pepper.
In a mixture of flour, salt and pepper add olive oil and water. Mix well.
Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
Sliced zucchini to add to the dough and mix well.
Baking tray lay a baking paper, spread the dough with the squash and evenly distribute the zucchini and the batter on the baking sheet. (Shape size 30x25).
Top gently sprinkle with grated on medium grater cheese and put in preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Casserole of zucchini is good, both hot and cold.
