Crusty bread "Crunch"

We love to eat. Crackers, is everything. I completely experimentally turned out incredibly crispy bread in the form of rolls. The whole family crunches with pleasure. And need meal: oat bran, flour, germ, grain, and flour from pumpkin seeds.
Ingredients for Crusty bread "Crunch"
- Water - 300 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 600 g
- Bran - 1 tbsp
- Meal - 2 tbsp
- Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Crusty bread "Crunch"

The dough I kneaded in the bread machine.
Mode Dough ( 1 hour).
On top of the flour you see bran, flour from the germ of grains and green, it is a flour of the pumpkin seeds.

The finished dough I passed on a baking sheet, on parchment greased with vegetable oil.

Form the buns.
In a cold oven for doubling.

Then bake in cold oven at 150 degrees until Golden brown ( about 40 minutes).
Remove and immediately wrap in a clean towel.
