Ingredients for Fried tongue with mushroom sauce
- Beef tongue - 1/2 PCs
- Carrots - 1/2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Mushrooms - 50 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Pepper white - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Fried tongue with mushroom sauce
