Step by step instruction of cooking Lemon curd waffles
Eggs vzbit with sugar. You can take a powder.
Melt on low heat butter. Pour in the egg mixture and stir.
Add lemon juice and curd. I use a mild homemade cottage cheese.
Add the flour with the baking powder, mix thoroughly.
Cooling the dough for 20 minutes.
Heat multi-Baker. In each cell put 1 tbsp of dough. Bake Golden waffles.
