Butter mushrooms with new potatoes

The first forest mushrooms-boletus. Of course fried potatoes with mushrooms is the most delicious. But unfortunately I almost never eat fried and made a little bit differently. I want to share with you a very tasty young potatoes with mushrooms.
Ingredients for Butter mushrooms with new potatoes

- Potatoes - 5 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Butter mushrooms with new potatoes
Butter mushrooms filled with salt water (and suddenly a worm?!). Held for 10 minutes, washed cleaned.
Cut and put to boil in a saucepan in salted water. Boiled for about 15 minutes.

It of course can be replaced by sunflower, but it is tasty and fragrant. Heat the oil and spread crushed garlic cloves, add oregano. After a minute, when the garlic give a flavor to the oil and become such a beige color, remove it and throw.
Put the onion and gilded it.
With a slotted spoon from the pan put the mushrooms boiled, letting the liquid drain out. Cooked till the complete evaporation of liquid.
Posted potatoes. Cook until done, stirring it only 2 times. Before the last time, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Potatoes are young and it will be ready quickly.
Potatoes with mushrooms is ready. Fragrant and tasty dish. The potatoes stayed whole cubes, it has not collapsed and burned much that I needed.
Self-sufficient dish. Here nothing more is needed. Like to eat with tomatoes.
