Pork "Yam Khor Moo Yang"

Traditional Thai dish. However, unlike most other Thai dishes, it turns out very affordable in search of ingredients, and in terms of cost. The dish is suitable both for holiday and everyday menu.
Ingredients for Pork "Yam Khor Moo Yang"
- Pork - 300 g
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
- Chili - 2 PCs
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
- Greens - 1 Puig.
Step by step instruction of cooking Pork "Yam Khor Moo Yang"
Chile pepper minced (I'm sure it is removed from the bone, but then at your discretion) and fry it with sesame oil.
Add to the skillet the chopped pork, honey, sugar, soy sauce, half the minced garlic.
Fry it all on high heat.
Separately to fry the chopped herbs with the remaining garlic.
Mix the meat with herbs and fry all together for another few minutes.
