- White chocolate - 100 g

- Cream - 300 g

- Corn starch - 4 g

- Water - 60 g
- Dark chocolate - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Simple massovoe cake-Popsicle
Prepare the filling (compote). Gelatin soak in water and leave to swell for about 30 min. one-Third of the total number of apricots set aside and shall cut small cubes. Of the remaining parts will make a puree using a blender.
Put the puree in a saucepan, add sugar, starch (pectin) and bring to the boil and remove from heat. Dissolve the gelatin in the microwave (do not boil). Add it to mashed potatoes, mix all well, to break the blender. Ring wrap with cling film and pour the puree. The layer should not be thick, 1 cm is enough. Lay out the pieces of apricots. Leave in the fridge for 5 hours or freezer for 1-2 hours until fully cured.
Mousse. Soak gelatin in milk and leave to swell. Whisk the cream to soft peak.
Dissolve the gelatin in the microwave and pour them chocolate. Allow to stand for it to melt. Add into the whipped cream and gently mix with a spatula.
Pour into a special silicone molds Popsicle. First, the mousse halfway, in the middle of the cut according to the size of the compote on top of the mousse, insert the wand. Put in the freezer until fully cured, pour the frosting (melted chocolate and add the butter.)
