- Trout - 220 g
- Brown sugar - 2 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.
- Mustard - 2 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Dill - 2 tbsp
- Spices - to taste

Prepare sauce: mix brown sugar with lemon juice until the sugar dissolves
