Step by step instruction of cooking Noodle soup with chanterelles
Chanterelles clean and wash. Boil in 1 liter of salted water until tender. It is about 30 minutes.
Take a saucepan with thick bottom, where we will cook the vegetables with mushrooms and soup. Pour oil. I took sunflower oil is cold pressed from the market. The smell of oil as a child, very fragrant. Pour oil, heated and put in it onion, chopped finely. Zolotim. Half of carrot RUB on a grater, and half cut into strips. Put in a pan, low down the heat to minimum and cover with a lid. cook until soft. The skimmer catches the mushrooms and send the onions with the carrots. Add the fire and fry a little.
In the soup you can do without the potatoes. I took 1 piece and cut it in small dice. Send it also to vegetables and mushrooms. Let the potatoes soak up the juices with the butter for 5 minutes.
Pour the hot broth from the mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes until cooked potatoes and carrots.
Add to soup noodles. The soup cook for another 5 minutes and remove from heat. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Poured into plates and add sour cream of course. Soups mushroom with it very tasty. Spices in this soup are not required at all, so as not to mix the mushroom taste with them, including the Bay leaf.
