I'm not exactly sure, but it seems that this dish belongs to the Portuguese kitchen. It's called Berkoukes. But what I am absolutely sure that this is a very tasty, incredibly rich and hearty soup, despite the fact that he had no meat. We liked it very much. Invite you to the kitchen.
Ingredients for Soup "Berkut"
- Water - 1.2 l
- Pasta - 0,5 stack.
- Lentils - 1/4 Cup.
- Green peas - 0,5 stack.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Beetroot leaves - 200 g
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Paprika sweet - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup "Berkut"

For this soup uses pasta ptitim and chard leaves (you can substitute a young beet tops). No ptitim or chard, unfortunately in the list of recommended products there. I even took a piece of celery root, well, what would I do without him, love.
