Very delicate and airy pudding, with light citrus notes. Literally melts in your mouth. Authentic Italian dessert.
Ingredients for Parma pudding
- Ricotta - 350 g
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sour cream - 70 g
- Instant coffee - 2 tsp.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Berry - to taste
- Powdered sugar - 150 g
- Juice - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Parma pudding

Beat with a mixer eggs and sugar.

Mix ricotta, honey, sour cream. Enter the sifted flour, the beaten eggs, mix everything carefully.

Divide the mass into 2 parts in different dishes. In one part add the coffee and lemon juice Sicilia, in a different zest and lime juice Sicilia.

Take small ramekins for baking and spread the bottom of baking paper. Using a spoon alternately both the dough.
