Step by step instruction of cooking Liver, fried with egg

Onion peel, cut into quarters rings.
Liver wash, dry, remove the ducts, cut into small pieces.

In a saucepan heat the oil, put onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the liver. Salt. Fry stirring 6 minutes until almost cooked liver.

Drive egg. Fry stirring constantly until the egg mixture sets and is lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Greens (in my case a mixture of parsley and dill) wash, dry, chop. Sprinkle the finished dish and serve.
