- Lettuce - 1 cat.
- Radishes - 6 PCs
- Cucumber - 1/2 PCs
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Green onions - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Spring green salad
The salad is better to take crisp varieties (cheese, frieze). Leaves to pick by hand in a deep bowl.
Add 6-8 radishes, cut into thin slices.
Pour the cucumber slices.
Add the greens and green onions.
2 eggs, cleaned, cut into slices and add to the salad.
Small jar, pour in the oil, lemon juice, add, cover tightly and shake well.
