Hearty, not troublesome to prepare casserole of couscous, chicken liver, and vegetables for a hearty dinner!
Ingredients for Casserole with cous-cous and chicken liver
- Couscous - 260 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Peppers red hot chilli - to taste
- Parsley - 6 vetos.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 2 PCs
- Chicken liver - 600 g
- Cheese - 200 g
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Casserole with cous-cous and chicken liver
Couscous pour into a bowl, pour boiling water, cover and leave for 5-7 minutes.
Then add salt and season with red chilli pepper to taste. Add the chopped parsley. Mix well.
Finely chop the onion and carrots. On a small amount of vegetable oil to fry on medium heat.
Add the diced zucchini. Fry everything together.
Then add the vegetables cut into small pieces chicken liver and fry all together until cooked liver. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
To add to the Kus-kusu eggs, mix thoroughly.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Spread half the couscous. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Sprinkle the liver with vegetables. Again sprinkle with grated cheese.
Spread on top of the remaining couscous and again sprinkle with cheese. Send bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown.
