Now coming to the end of the season canning. Always complete it by throwing a tomato in the winter. Tomatoes are juicy, tasty and the aroma is simply super! I advise everyone to spin for the winter at least a couple of jars of these tomatoes.
Ingredients for Canned tomatoes
- Tomato - 1 kg
- Garlic - 5 a tooth.
- Carrots - 0,5 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Celery leaf - 2-3 vetch.
- Dill - 5 vetos.
- Carnation - 5 PCs
- Allspice - 0.5 tsp.
- Black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Water - 950 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Canned tomatoes

The set of products specified in 2 quart jar.
To start presterilized jars and lids. Thoroughly wash the vegetables and greens.
Peel garlic, onion cut into rings, pepper cut into 4-6 slices, half a carrot cut into 3 strips.
On the bottom of the jar, put the celery and dill. Then put the garlic, Bay leaf, cloves, black pepper and allspice. If you love spicy, then you can put a small piece of hot pepper.

In random order, put in a jar of tomatoes, carrots, onions and peppers. Fill the jar to the top. I leave 1-2 pieces of pepper to cover the tomatoes on top. This is done so that the skin of the tomato burst, when we pour hot brine into the jar.

In a saucepan, add water, put on fire, pour salt and sugar. A couple of minutes of boil.

Pour hot brine into the jar to the edge, cover with a lid. Give it brew for 30-40 minutes. Then pour the brine back into the pot and boil again.

Add vinegar into the jar, pour hot brine and twist-closing the key cover. Turn the jar upside down, wrap it up with a blanket to cool.
