Juicy ant pie

I want to offer to cook a juicy ant pie (Ameisenkuchen) based on ricotta and egg liqueur. Ingredients for Juicy ant pie
- Flour - 200 g

- Liqueur - 50 ml
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml
- Ricotta - 250 g
- Topping pastry - 100 g
- Glaze - 100 g
- Cereal chocolate - 20 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Juicy ant pie

Mix flour with starch, salt and baking powder, sift twice.

Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar in the lush foam.
Add vegetable oil, egg liqueur, ricotta. Beat.

Add chocolate decor, mix well.

Split mold 24x24 (you can use round 26-28cm) lay a baking paper, I just grease with butter and sprinkle semolina.
Fill the form test.
Bake in preheated oven to 180C for 50-60 min.

Cool on a wire rack.

You can cook for yourself. In a water bath to melt black and white chocolate 100g, add 1tbsp. L. vegetable oil.
