- Flour - 800 g
- Milk - 0.5 l
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 40 g
- Margarine - 40 g
- Yeast - 1 cat.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Sausage

Step by step instruction of cooking Sausage in the dough

Knead the dough:
Flour, yeast, salt, sugar mix well.
Melt margarine, mix with egg, oil and add in the dry part. Gradually add slightly warmed milk. The dough should not be tight (not like ravioli), and a little bland. Give the dough a few times to get up. When it ceases to stick to hands, the dough is ready.

Sausages cut in half lengthwise.

Divide the dough into equal balls. This ball roll, pour the ketchup and put half of the sausage.
