Solyanka with mushrooms in Siberian

Solyanka is always delicious. Once in my youth I thought it was incredibly complex soup and I will never be able to cook it, and now I collect different versions of the brine. A lot of them. Here is another, in my opinion, interesting recipe.
Ingredients for Solyanka with mushrooms in Siberian
- Beef - 300 g
- Sausage - 200 g
- Ham - 200 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Cucumber - 2 PCs
- Olives - 150 g
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Solyanka with mushrooms in Siberian
To prepare the products. Sausages and ham cut into strips, mushrooms (better, of course, to take a forest, will be totally different taste and flavor, but you can and mushrooms) cut into slices. With tomatoes remove the skin.
Cook in salted water beef broth, remove the meat cut into small pieces and return back to the pot.
Cucumbers and tomatoes cut into cubes. Onion to grind in any way.
Fry the onions until Golden brown.
Add the chopped ham and smoked sausage, sauté all together for 5 minutes,
Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, then everything under the lid on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Then add the cucumbers all together and saute for 5 minutes.
In the boiling broth to omit the mushrooms, add spices and cook on low heat until cooked mushrooms.
To put it into the pot of soup browned vegetables, add olives, bring to boil, then on low heat for about 5 minutes, remove from heat and let the stew cook under lid for 20 minutes.
