Ingredients for Steak "Machete"
- Beef - 180 g
- Rosemary - 2 vetos.
- Butter - 20 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Steak "Machete"
Our RUB the pieces with salt and pepper both sides to taste, add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, olive oil (you can pre-infuse the rosemary) and leave for 30 minutes.
Fry the steak for 2 minutes on each side, then low down the heat to medium, add the rosemary and the butter and fry 1 minute on each side.
Cut the steak across the grain under 45C and probably eat before it gets cold!)
