- Milk - 1 l
- Sourdough - 1 package.
- Yogurt - 250 ml
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 80 g
- Rice flour - 100 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Salt
- Sugar - 65 g
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Banana - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice cakes with banana surplus
