Ingredients for Cheese pound cake
- Cheese curd - 200 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Yogurt - 125 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 200 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheese pound cake

Preheat the oven to 180 °C, grease and flour rectangular cake pan. Bring the butter and cream cheese to room temperature.

With a mixer beat until fluffy blend of cream cheese, butter and sugar.

Not stopping to whisk, one by one, beat the eggs. Add vanilla and salt.

Turn the mixer on minimum speed and gradually add the flour. Not beat, let the flour just to blend in with the rest of the ingredients.

Spoon the batter into the prepared pan, tap the form on the table to remove bubbles inside the dough. Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes (if the top gets too brown, cover the form with foil). Cool on rack, remove from the mold and serve with tea or coffee.
