Light, delicate vitamin salad with original spicy dressing based on yoghurt!
Ingredients for Salad "Village"
- Milk - 1 l
- Sourdough - 1 piece
- Cabbage - 1/4 plugs
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Egg white - 3 PCs
- Yogurt - 100 ml
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Yolk egg - 3 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Village"

For the preparation of yogurt I use a yogurt maker - thermos.
1 sachet of ferment pour in the milk at room temperature (22-24 C), thoroughly mix until dissolved.
