- Curd - 500 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Yogurt - 200 g
- Semolina - 100 g
- Tofu - 200 g
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Dill - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 1 l
- Sourdough - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Cottage cheese casserole with vegetables and tofu

Melt the butter. In mixing container, pour the oil, add the yogurt and eggs. Mix thoroughly.

Measure out the semolina. Add salt and sugar. Pour in the liquid ingredients and mix well.

Add the curd and knead it until smooth with a mixer for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables. With tomato remove the peel and remove the seeds. Do peppers remove seeds and partitions. Tomatoes, tofu, and pepper cut into small cubes. Dill finely chopped.
